GovBidPro turns your company profile and a SAM.gov notice into the documents a contracting officer reads. Nothing here needs a proposal department, and nothing needs to be learned twice.
Open the Bid Studio and work through the 33 fields: registration codes, capabilities, past performance, key personnel. Save it as a company profile. Every bid you ever run reuses it, so you never type this twice.
Tick the box and a teaming route opens: register free at sam.gov, and meanwhile bid as a subcontractor or through a joint venture with a registered firm. Individuals and freelancers use the same path.
The Configure button on this dashboard sets your accent colour, page size, density, typeface and — on Silver and Gold — your logo and footer line. Set it once and every export carries it.
Agency, solicitation number, and the scope and evaluation factors straight from the SAM.gov notice. The more of the actual requirement language you paste, the closer the draft lands.
The engine returns a bid/no-bid verdict, an executive summary and — by plan — a capability statement, statement of work and full proposal, with quantified tables throughout. Download the PDF or have it emailed to you and your colleagues.
On any paid plan, pick your interest areas once. Matching notices arrive in your account with their agency, NAICS code, set-aside and response deadline, linked straight to the notice.
Your profile is saved, your settings are saved, and the second bid takes minutes. Billing is self-service through Stripe, and a real person answers info@govbidpro.io within a business day.

The page that decides whether the rest gets read.
Is this notice worth your week?
The one-pager every prime asks you for.
Technical, management, risk, price and compliance matrix.
Paid plans also watch SAM.gov for you and send matching notices, with deadlines, to your account.
Seven scenes, forty-five seconds, no narration required. Press play — or read the captions as they advance.
Most small and middle-market firms lose federal work before evaluation — on documents that were never written, or written badly at 2 a.m.
Email, password, a CAPTCHA and two-factor authentication. No card. The free tier writes you one real executive summary a month, so you can judge the output before you pay for it.
Thirty-three structured fields: UEI, CAGE, NAICS and PSC codes, set-aside status, size standard, core capabilities, three past-performance records, differentiators, target agency and the solicitation you are chasing.
Free gives you one short executive summary a month. Bronze five, Silver ten with a capability statement carrying your logo, Gold fifteen tailored ones with a statement of work and a full proposal.
Your inputs are mapped to the structure evaluators expect — understanding of requirement, technical approach, management plan, staffing, transition, risk, past performance, price narrative.
Download immediately, or have every document emailed to you and up to five teammates. Silver and Gold carry your logo alongside the GovBidPro and AI1 Analytics marks.
Your profile is already saved, and on a paid plan the platform watches SAM.gov for you and drops matching notices — with their deadlines — into your account.
Free, card-free, protected by CAPTCHA and two-factor authentication.
Registration data, codes, capabilities and past performance — entered once, reused forever.
Paste the solicitation number, agency and scope from SAM.gov, or describe the target contract.
The engine drafts every document your tier includes, in evaluator-facing structure.
Download the PDFs or send them to your inbox, edit if you want, then file in SAM.gov yourself.
Federal work is not reserved for firms with a capture team. What it is reserved for is people who file the right documents on time — and that is a solvable problem.
A company with staff and clients — whether you are already in SAM.gov or still getting registered.
A consultant, engineer, translator, designer or project manager working for yourself.
Cancel any time. Every paid plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee, and annual billing saves 15%.
Payments are processed by Stripe — GovBidPro never sees your card. Prices in USD, excluding any applicable tax. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel from your dashboard and keep access to the end of the period.
Everything you type is held in your browser until you generate. Nothing is sold, shared or used to train anyone's model.
Exactly as registered in SAM.gov — mismatches between your registration and your documents are a common, avoidable rejection.
Your UEI and CAGE appear on the capability statement. Codes drive how the engine frames your technical approach.
Set-asides are the single largest lever a small firm has. Claim only what you actually hold — every claim is verifiable.
This is the material the engine converts into technical approach and differentiators. Concrete beats grand — numbers, systems, agencies, outcomes.
Copy this straight from the SAM.gov notice. The more of the actual requirement language you paste, the closer the draft lands.
Documents are produced in your browser and, if you ask, emailed through our delivery service. You can edit any draft before exporting.

Pick your areas of interest once. Every matching notice lands in your account with its agency, NAICS code, set-aside and response deadline — and a link straight to the notice on SAM.gov.
Alerts are drawn from the public SAM.gov contract-opportunities data. GovBidPro is not affiliated with SAM.gov; always confirm the notice, its amendments and its deadline on sam.gov before you act on it.

Two pages at the front of your bid. It says who you are, that you understand what the agency actually needs, how you will deliver it, and why you are the safer choice than the firm they used last time. Evaluators read it first, and many read little else carefully. It is the single document that decides whether the rest of your bid gets real attention.
One page that answers a question before you spend a week on a bid: should you chase this one at all? It scores the fit between the notice and your firm out of 100, weighing your capability match, how much past performance you can actually document, whether a set-aside narrows the field in your favour, your registration status, and how likely the incumbent is to keep the work. Then it says bid, bid with conditions, or walk away — and names the one thing most likely to sink you. Bidding on everything is how small firms burn out; this tells you where to aim.
The one-page company sheet every prime contractor and small-business specialist asks for before they will talk to you. Core competencies, what makes you different, past performance, your codes, UEI, CAGE and contact block — on a single side of paper. You will be asked for it constantly, and turning up without one ends most conversations.
The document that pins down exactly what will be done: the tasks, the deliverables and their due dates, where and over what period the work happens, what the Government must provide, and the standard each item must meet to be accepted. Vague scope is where fixed-price contracts go wrong; this is what stops that.
Two parts of a federal solicitation that decide most losses. Section L is the instructions — what to submit, in what order, how many pages, which font, which volumes, by when. Section M is the scorecard — the factors evaluators will score you on and their relative weight. Miss an instruction in L and you can be thrown out unread, no matter how good the work. Ignore the weighting in M and you write pages on something worth few points while under-answering the factor that decides the award. The compliance matrix on the Gold plan maps every L instruction and every M factor to the page where you answered it, so nothing is left unanswered by accident.
NAICS is the industry code for the work, and it also sets the size limit for counting as a small business in that category. PSC classifies the product or service itself. UEI is your 12-character federal identifier from SAM.gov; CAGE is the older five-character code that still appears everywhere. A set-aside reserves a contract for a category of firm — small business, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB — which is the largest single advantage a small firm has, because it removes the giants from the competition entirely.
A stored copy of all 33 answers about your firm. Bronze holds three, Silver five, Gold as many as you like. Useful when you bid under more than one entity, a joint venture, or a distinct division with its own codes and past performance — you switch profile instead of retyping everything.
Three ways to bid work you cannot reach alone. A subcontract puts you under a prime that already holds the vehicle — the usual first federal job. A joint venture is a formal entity two firms create for a specific pursuit, combining past performance and capacity; under SBA rules a small firm can even joint-venture with a large one through the mentor-protégé programme and still bid a small-business set-aside. Teaming is the looser version: a written agreement to bid together. All three work while your own SAM.gov registration is still processing.
Yes, and more of it than most people assume. A sole proprietor or single-member LLC registers in SAM.gov the same way a company does. Below the micro-purchase threshold a contracting officer can buy directly, without competition. Above it, simplified acquisition procedures cover a great deal of consulting, technical, translation, design and analysis work. And most solo federal careers begin as a subcontractor to a prime — which is a conversation you cannot have without a capability statement. Your résumé is past performance; it just has to be written the way evaluators read it.
On Silver and Gold you list additional email addresses and every document generated is delivered to them at the same moment it reaches you. Your capture lead, your program manager and your proposal reviewer all get the draft without you forwarding anything.
